As a Main Board Director, Tim leads our growing healthcare team and has positioned the practice as one of the UK’s leaders in healthcare design, working with both NHS Trusts and private healthcare clients.

His experience spans a broad range of healthcare environments, including acute, mental health, science and research, and community-led healthcare projects.

He takes a considered approach to understanding the key drivers of each client, combined with a strong focus on clinical pathways, patient experience and staff wellbeing. This enables him to transform clinical environments across the country, creating spaces that support both patients and the people who care for them.

He leads our passionate healthcare team across both refurbishment and new-build projects, building strong, long-term client relationships, securing repeat business and receiving consistently positive feedback from users.
