Katie Grubb Receives MRICs
We’re thrilled that Katie Grubb from our Building Consultancy team, has successfully passed her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and is now a Chartered Project Management Surveyor (MRICS).
This is no small feat – with more than 1 in 3 candidates not passing, Katie’s success is a significant achievement.
Kate Henry-Aston, Chair said “Huge congratulations to Katie, this is fantastic news and thoroughly deserved! With only 27% of new RICS Chartered Surveyors in 2024 being women, Katie is helping to shape the future of the profession and will serve as an inspiration for female graduates to come.”

Infill Sites Complete
A multi-disciplinary team at Hunters has successfully completed two more extensive infill site developments in the London Borough of Hounslow. Clements Court and Rose Gardens follow on from the earlier Everglades and Orchard Road sites, bringing the total to 154 new affordable homes for the council.

Big Give To The Lyric Hammersmith
We are really pleased to again be supporting our local theatre, the Lyric Hammersmith, to help local schoolchildren engage with the arts.
This years campaign at the Lyric is for the Theatre’s START programme for NEET young people. 2026 marks START’s 20th year.

Our Christ Church later living scheme for Birchgrove is a finalist in the 2026 Healthcare Design Awards as Best Architectural Design for a Care Home. Design Awards. The award recognises outstanding architectural design including innovative layouts and aesthetics. More importantly we know the residents love living there!
