Change of use

We have transformed buildings to meet new and changing needs, including a college into a healthcare hub, a manor house into a care home and a former mill into a later living scheme. Healthcare refurbishment

We have extensive experience delivering refurbishment and improvement works within occupied healthcare environments. Working around patients, staff and complex operational requirements, we carefully plan and phase works to maintain essential services while improving clinical environments, accessibility and performance.

Remedial works and retrofit

Our teams of architects, engineers and building consultants work across a diverse portfolio, including high-rise residential buildings, post-war architecture, complex healthcare estates and listed buildings. We combine technical expertise with practical design solutions to address defects, improve building performance and bring existing homes and healthcare environments up to current standards and requirements and ensure they meet building safety legislation.

Remediation and re-cladding for fire safety

Our remediation and recladding services help improve building safety, compliance and long-term performance. We deliver architectural and practical solutions for non-compliant cladding, insulation, cavity barriers and fire-stopping systems. In line with the Building Safety Act 2022, our approach focuses on accountability, quality and full traceability. We work closely with clients and stakeholders to minimise disruption and deliver safe, compliant and reliable outcomes.

Heritage and conservation

Respecting the past while delivering contemporary, high-performing environments requires a careful balance. Our experience includes the refurbishment of listed Harley Street healthcare facilities, the revitalisation of an Art Deco library and the improvement of central London town houses within conservation areas to provide affordable homes.
