David is a Board Director, leading a range of high-profile projects in the Employer’s Agent / Cost Consultancy team and heading up Hunters Social Value strategy to ensure the practice demonstrates a visible impact in key areas including volunteering, community engagement, charitable work and supporting the next gen.

Highly regarded by clients, David works within both the public and private sectors and has been pivotal in developing and expanding Joint Venture Supervisor services at Hunters. His approachable persona has enabled collaboration within project teams and built long-term trust from clients. 

David is an expert in procuring and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and has successfully driven a range of prominent long-term regeneration projects from inception to completion including Dee Park in Reading and Gallions Quarter in Newham.

David is an RICS APC Supervisor and Counsellor which benefits many of our new graduates, providing guidance and direction through the APC process to chartered status.

David is also a board member of HYELM, a not-for-profit landlord who supports young people and keyworkers who can’t afford to rent or buy privately by providing safe and affordable high-quality accommodation.
