Peter is a Main Board Director and a qualified Passive House Designer who leads the technical delivery team and has unrivalled experience of the Building Safety Act and Gateway processes. He has been instrumental in the growth of our Principal Designer and Technical Delivery services and his expertise makes Hunters uniquely positioned to address the evolving challenges of the built environment.

He has directed a range of regeneration, housing, health and commercial projects at Hunters. His ability to provide energetic design through his architecture and interiors mixed with clear delivery direction gives him a creative edge and strengthen the Hunters Board.

With Guy Chapman, Peter is leading on the Building Safety Act 2022 changes effective from October 1st 2023. His team provides support to the Hunters BSA Principal Designer team including advice, and guidance on how to address the new responsibilities the legislation has introduced.

Peter has worked on an exceptional portfolio of schemes including:

Brunel Street Works: Part of the regeneration programme being delivered in the Royal Docks which is one of the largest regeneration sites undertaken in London, revitalising a GLA disused site into a new neighbourhood. 975 new homes were provided in a range of tenures. (link to BSW project)

Hounslow Infill Sites: Sustainable residential infills for the London Borough of Hounslow to assist the Council to reachits goal of reducing carbon emissions to net zero by 2030. All schemes have been designed to achieve a high level of sustainability with one site achieving LETI (Low Energy Transformation Initiative) standards. (Link to orchard road and Everglades)

Royal Docks: A residential-led development with Mount Anvil compromising of three phases providing 854 residential units providing over a mix of tenures and unit types. The development provides a central green courtyard space and resident facilities to promote wellness. The onsite amenities include London’s first residential rooftop running track. Windmill, Lodge & Manor Court: Retrofit of three residential towers as part of Brent Councils new major works programme. These works will make a significant difference to the lives of council tenants and leaseholders with improved Building Quality, Building Safety, Energy Efficiency and Resident Experience.
