Jack has a range of CDM and construction experience working with multiple clients and stakeholders on residential projects within London. His schemes range from new build housing to refurbishment of high-rise residential schemes. Jack runs multiple projects within Hunters CDM Department, leading design teams in Design Risk Management and CDM Compliance along with conducting Client Site Safety Audits as an additional responsibility within this role.
Jack is a Certified member of the Association for Project Safety and a Technical member of IOSH having achieved NEBOSH certificates across fire risk management, construction safety and environmental management. He is on the charted pathway with CIOB as well as a Certified Member of the Institute of Fire Managers.
