Ricky Wyatt

Working in the forefront of regeneration, housing and student accommodation, Ricky has specialised in urban and suburban schemes within both the public and private sectors. He has developed specialisms in keyworker & student accommodation, social housing and shared ownership in stand-alone, mixed-use and regeneration projects.

His background lies in schools having worked on a number of projects in the south of England. He manages a number of key projects including new apartments and offices in Colliers Wood, Merton and the recently completed five-year regeneration of Dee Park in Reading, Grove House Student accommodation in Ealing and Canius House, an office conversion to residential as part of the wider masterplan in Croydon.
