Jonathan is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience working in residential housing, managing projects for both public and private sector clients. His commercial acumen and knowledge of procurement, risk and programming and comes from his background in both contractor and consultancy organisations.
He has worked on a range of projects with a mix of tenures in the residential market providing Employers Agent and Cost Consultancy services delivering homes for private sale, shared ownership and market / affordable rent on projects ranging from £900k to £100million. More recent projects include South Quay Plaza, Chatham Waters and Dagenham Green.
