Dean Goodwin

Dean is an experienced Senior Building Surveyor with extensive knowledge across the construction sector, acting as Contract Administrator, Employers Agent and Project Manager, which he has honed on a variety of projects and successfully managing them through to completion.

Whilst his work has predominantly been in the residential market, in both private and public sectors, he has subsequently put this skillset to good use since returning to the private sector, broadening his experience into the residential new-build and commercial refurbishment markets. This experience has enabled him to build up a diverse client base of housing associations, local authorities, developers and schools.
