Mark Baines

Mark is the Managing Director of Hunters and oversees all areas of the practice. An Architect, Mark joined Hunters straight from Cardiff University Welsh School of Architecture.

Mark leads the company’s residential design team with a wealth of experience spanning inner city regeneration, estate refurbishment, low-carbon developments and high-profile residential schemes, many on complex urban sites. He is committed to delivering high-quality design, collaborating with clients and residents to create cost-effective and sustainable places where people want to live.

He is a consultant on the Design Review Panel for the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, his local area.
