Amar Mahil

Amar is one of the Directors leading the Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy team. Working at the forefront of joint ventures, regeneration and housing, he delivers diverse projects focusing on providing impeccable service and working collaboratively with housing providers and developers.

He manages complex projects from inception through to completion for a range of clients. This includes the prestigious joint venture projects with Peabody; Pontoon Reach which will deliver 295 mixed-tenure homes including private sale, and Alperton Waterside which will create 475 homes and a public house in conjunction with Heineken.

Amar previously completed Vista, an impressive development overlooking Battersea Park for Peabody and Southall Waterside for Catalyst. Amar oversees a team of Employer’s Agents delivering various Design and Build Contracts with Opendoor Homes that will provide 320 new homes in Barnet, North London.

Amar is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who supports candidates through the APC process and is a RICS Assessor.
