Kate Henry-Aston

Kate is the Chair of the Hunters Board, where she provides strategic guidance and oversight for the organisation. She joined Hunters after graduating from University of Reading and is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Fellow of the RICS.  

Kate is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the residential sector and has led the Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy team through a range of projects including complex regeneration, strategic town expansions and town and country new developments as well as leading on later living projects for the Building Consultancy team at Hunters.

Through the RICS APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) training, Kate is committed to providing guidance and mentoring to aspiring professionals at Hunters, as they navigate their own paths towards RICS accreditation and she serves as an APC Counsellor.
